Our favorite spot to pretend we are in a tropical location! We're fans of the Cuba Libre, Daiquiri, Piña Colada, and Paloma. Go hungry because ordering a Cuban Sandwich from Chef Ruben is also a must!
The Lonesome Rose
The oldest Honky Tonk bar on the St. Marys Strip! Throw down on delicious drinks ( we love a Lonestar & shot combo) , then punch your favorite tunes into the real-deal '45 vinyl jukebox. If you're lucky you will catch some live music.
Bar Mon Ami
Our favorite Alamo Heights cocktail bar that we have been going to since early days! Cozy spot with fabulous cocktails, beer, and a wine list that was curated by Beatrice!
Pearl Brewery
We love to walk to the Pearl from our house & shop around at the Farmer's Market on Saturdays & Sundays from 9am-1pm. All of the restaurants are fabulous but our pro tip is to grab a margarita at Hotel Emma then grab lunch at Full Goods Diner or CURED.
San Antonio River Walk
As much as we love the touristy parts of the Riverwalk closer to downtown, we recommend taking a leisurely stroll starting at the Riverwalk entrance (closest to Hotel Emma at the Pearl). It's super beautiful and gives you a nice break from eating & drinking- ha!
Witte Museum
Our wedding venue is actually one of the most historic & top rated museums in the city. We both grew up going here as kids & have the fondest memories. The Witte inspires people to shape the future of Texas through relevant and transformative experiences in nature, science and culture.
