What is the schedule for the wedding weekend?

Where and when will the wedding be held?

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4pm on August 22, 2026 at Greenhouse Two Rivers in Highlandville, MO.

Our full registry can be found on the registry tab of our website. We are registered through Zola, Target, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP via our wedding website on the RSVP tab. Just enter your name, and indicate your attendance!

Please RSVP through our website no later than July 1, 2026.

Can I bring a plus one/additional guest?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, please indicate any dietary needs on your RSVP form! Our caterer will be able to accommodate your needs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal attire. A garden party style with bright colors and patterns is encouraged. August is the tail end of summer in MO, so lighter, airy fabrics and shoes suitable for grass and uneven ground would be best!

Where should we stay in town?

We have room blocks reserved in Branson and Springfield. There are also many Airbnbs and VRBOs in the area. More details can be found on our travel page.

How do I get from my hotel to the venue? Is there parking?

Answer

The easiest way is by car. The venue is a 30 minute drive from both Branson and Springfield. There is plenty of parking on-site.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm. There is no restroom in the ceremony greenhouse, so guests needing a restroom before the ceremony should visit the reception space first.

Will the ceremony be indoors? What about the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be in a covered outdoor greenhouse. It has fans and open airflow but no air conditioning. Cocktail hour will be outdoors. The dinner and reception will be held indoors in a fully air conditioned building.

Is everything at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Once you arrive for the ceremony, you don't need to drive anywhere else except home at the end of the night :)

Will you serve alcohol?

Answer

We will have an open bar serving beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, and saki cocktails. Due to MO state laws, no outside alcohol or hard liquor is permitted. Anyone found with outside alcohol will be asked to leave.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Answer

There are multiple outdoor smoking areas at the venue. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the ceremony or reception spaces.
