The closest airport to Quebradillas is Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla, which is about a 30-minute drive. Alternatively, you can fly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, which is about a 1.5- to 2-hour drive from Quebradillas. From either airport, we recommend renting a car for the most convenient way to explore the island and get to the wedding venue. We recommend shopping around to see what your best options are! If planning a longer stay, it may be more convenient to fly into SJU and explore that part of the island before driving to the west towards Quebradillas.
- If traveling from the US, all you need is a Real ID. - If traveling from another country, you will need your passport and any required documentation.
Yes! We have reserved rooms at Hotel El Guajataca for a special rate. You can find the booking link on the 'Travel' tab of our wedding website. Be sure to book early as the block is limited! There are many options in the area for you to stay in! Stay wherever fits your needs best.
We recommend renting a car from the airport. Both SJU and BQN airports have easy access to car rentals, and it’s the most convenient way to explore the island during your stay.
Puerto Rico has so much to offer! We’ve shared some recommendations on the 'Things to Do' tab of our website that are all on the west side of the island, near Quebradillas. You can explore beautiful beaches, visit El Yunque National Rainforest in the central part of the island, or take a trip to Old San Juan for historic sights. If you're looking for other parts of the island - check out www.discoverpuertorico.com
April in Puerto Rico is typically warm with temperatures around 75-85°F (24-29°C). It’s generally sunny, but we recommend bringing light layers and sunscreen just in case!
We’ve worked hard to accommodate as many guests as possible, so please refer to the RSVP website for the number of seats we’ve reserved for you. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors in Puerto Rico’s warm tropical climate. We recommend light, breathable fabrics, and comfortable shoes, especially for walking on grass. The indoor reception area will have air-conditioning. The dress code is semi-formal garden party.
