Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space we are hosting an adult only weekend.

Question

RSVP Deadline?

Answer

With the nature of the weekend we are asking for RSVP earlier than traditionally expected. We would like everyone to RSVP and make cabin payment by April 18th, 2025. Please Venmo your Cabin payment to Brittany or Cody: @CodyFermoyle or @BrittanyN

Question

What will the cabin cost me? 3 Nights / 4 Days

Answer

Cabins have been pre-assigned, and we are positive you will love your new cabin mates! Each guest will be responsible for their portion of cabin payment ($250 per person) assuming 4 people per cabin, each cabin rental for the weekend is $1,000 (3 Nights/4 Days). Payment for cabins will be handled through Venmo to the Bride (@BrittanyN) or Groom (@CodyFermoyle) following your RSPV. Please note, RSVP and cabin payments will be requested earlier than normal. Please reach out to Bride or Groom, in advance, for any questions regarding the cabins.

Question

What time should we arrive for the weekend?

Answer

Check-in is 4pm Thursday, June 26th!

Question

How do we get to Strawberry Arizona?

Answer

We recommend renting a car when you arrive at PHX Sky Harbor, as Strawberry is about two hours north of Phoenix. If you’d prefer to carpool with another couple, please let Cody and Brittany know, and we’ll do our best to match you with someone. There is limited parking at the venue.

Question

When will I be fed?

Answer

When you arrive on Thursday we will all go to a non-hosted dinner at Bandits. On Friday night we will be providing woodfire pizzas, bruschetta and salads for the Rehearsal Dinner. Saturday we will provide an early BBQ lunch and dinner at the Reception.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! There is an open bar for both Friday and Saturday night! Beer and wine for Rehearsal dinner! Beer, wine and cocktails for Wedding celebrations! So make sure you drink up! ** All we ask is that you tip the bartender! ** Any other drinks or alcohol you wish to have during the weekend, please make sure you stop at the grocery store in Pine or Payson.

Question

Where is the closest grocery store?

Answer

Strawberry does not have a grocery store but the neighboring town of Pine has a small market. We suggest on your way up to Strawberry stopping in Payson at Walmart or Safeway for water, snacks and shower beers. Ponderosa Market - Pine, AZ (6 min from Cabins) 6112 Hardscrabble Mesa Rd, Pine, AZ 85544 - Small town grocery market with limited options and alcohol Walmart - Payson, AZ (25 min from Cabins) 300 N Beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ 85541 Safeway - Payson, AZ (25 min from Cabins) 401 AZ-260, Payson, AZ 85541

Question

How's the weather?

Answer

When you arrive in Phoenix, AZ, prepare for some heat—it’s likely to be over 100°F! But don’t worry—the wedding weekend will be held two hours north in the mountains of Arizona, where it’s significantly cooler. Expect a beautiful weekend with daytime highs around 83°F and nighttime lows dipping to a pleasant 55°F. **All cabins have AC! **

Question

What is the dress code for the celebrations?

Answer

While we are hosting a wedding in the woods, we kindly ask all our guests to dress up for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. There are plenty of activities planned throughout the wedding weekend, the only times we are requesting a specific dress code are during the rehearsal dinner and the wedding celebrations. At all other times, feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. ** All events are hosted outside. ** Rehearsal Dinner Attire: Gentlemen: Collared shirts or button-down shirts, chino pants, sport jackets or dinner jackets, and dress shoes (no jeans, please). Ladies: Cocktail dresses or similar attire (no jeans, please). Wedding Celebration Attire: This is the time to dress up! Think of it as an upscale forest wedding. Gentlemen: Suits, jacket with button-down shirts and tie, slacks, and dress shoes or similar attire (please, no jeans or polos). Ladies: Cocktail dresses, semi-formal dresses, or similar attire (no jeans, please). Bridesmaids are wearing a light sage green color. ** Please be aware that most areas, except for the ceremony and reception spaces, are covered in either landscape rock or grass. **

Question

Are we invited to all events?

Answer

Of course! Please join us for all events! We can’t wait!

For all the days along the way
