Wedding Party

The Wedding Website of Sabrina Smith and Fermond Jones
We asked each member of the bridal party to respond to the following questions: 1) Where did they meet us? 2)What is their fondest memory with us? 3) What do they wish for our marriage?

Sabrina Smith

Bride

I’m so excited to spend this great weekend with our family and friends. I finally get to marry my best friend!

Fermond Jones

Groom

I’d like to thank everyone in advance for coming out and supporting our marriage.

Zena Smith

Mother of the Bride

I am unbelievably excited to see our Beans marry. My baby girl is all grown up, educated, and ready to start this next chapter in her life. And Fermond is the perfect partner for Sabrina. I love how hard they already work together to function as a team which is a critical need for any long term marriage. We welcome Fermond to our family with open arms and we are so excited to have yet another son, especially one that like the outdoors and tools as much as my husband!! I am so proud!

Gregory Smith

Father of the Bride

Beanie Butt and I have traveled many roads together. Our love of music and animals is a special bond. She gets her love of nature from me. I can always count on my Beans to enjoy nature with me.

Ms Alisa Jones

Mother of the Groom

I am so happy for my son to have found the one. Sabrina is a wonderful, kind, and fun person to be around. They both love each other so much. He is lucky to have her and I wish them nothing but the best for their marriage.

Jeanine Smith

Maid of Honor

I first met Sabrina when my parents brought her home from the hospital and I looked at my mom and dad like, "Another one"? I have so many memories of Sabrina. They are funny and fond. Sabrina has always made me feel the way your favorite hoodie or plush blanket feels on a cold day, really warm, cozy, safe, relaxed, and free. Sabrina, while she may be sarcastic (which I love about her) is one of the kindest and sweetest people that I know. My greatest wish for Sabrina and Fermond is that they stay true to their hopes and dreams as individuals and as a married couple. I hope their love for one another is impermeable and that as they move through the phases of life together, that they grow together and keep falling in love with each other over and over again.

Jessica Agee

Matron of Honor

I first met Sabrina in 7th grade. My fondest memory of Sabrina is always having a best friend who was there for me. If I was ever down, Sabrina was always there to make me smile and laugh. I remember all of our sleepovers, staying up until the sun came up playing Kingdom Hearts and The Sims. I want Sabrina and Fermond to always have great communication with one another. I want them to be happy and I hope they are always strong for each other.

Tamara Betts

Bridesmaid

I met Sabrina in freshman biology in 2008. My fondest memory of Sabrina was attending high school together. She was always there for me. She always told me what I needed to hear even if I didn't want to hear it. She showed me the true meaning of friendship and i'll always love her for it. I wish Sabrina and Fermond a life time of happiness. I pray they have a successful marriage and that they love and cherish each other for all eternity.

Sydney White

Bridesmaid

I met Sabrina on my first day of health class. I was formally introduced to her at her 13th birthday party by my sister Jessica. She instantly tackled me and gave me a hug like she knew me her whole life. While typing this I called Sabrina and we talked for hours, laughing and crying about all of our memories. One of my favorite memories with Sabrina was the summer after we graduated from high school. She had a huge summer planned out including leaving the country on a trip. I felt like I was losing her all at once. She came over the day before she was suppose to leave for her trip with a cake for me and Jessica. On the cake she wrote out, "I'm not leaving." She cancelled her trip so that she could spend the summer with us. I wish Sabrina and Fermond eternal love and adoration.

Wendy Corns

Bridesmaid

I'm not sure when I met Sabrina, maybe at the party where Jr accidentally knocked my head into a shelf. My fondest memory of Sabrina is Thanksgiving. I loved watching her cook (or struggle to do so with five other people in the kitchen!) I wish Sabrina and Fermond a long and happy life together. I've never known two people who are so perfect for each other. So, If I could wish anything for them it would be to see the joy in the little things. Like the way Jr gets about his truck or the way Sabrina is about her fur babies.

Erica Jones

Bridesmaid

I met Sabrina when she came to meet the family. It was a little awkward at first, but we have become so close that I couldn't be happier with how things have worked out. My fondest memories are weathering the Somerville flood and the tropical storm at North Carolina beach that almost blew Jr away. I am humbled and amazed every time i think about my family's resilient. I wish Fermond and Sabrina an unbreakable marriage, I want them to have healthy kids that are as funny and smart as they are.

Nina Johnson

Bridesmaid

I first met Sabrina when I was five years old. Our brothers played on the same baseball team and I asked her for a ride in her pink Barbie Jeep. My fondest memory of Sabrina was when we we used to have sleepovers and we would stay up all night talking, doing hair, laughing, and telling stories. I wish Fermond and Sabrina eternal happiness, love, and warmth because they both deserve it.

Ike Robb

Best Man

I met Jr when he was born. My fondest memory of him was when he tried to get in my room. I wish that he and Sabrina handle the ups and downs of marriage graciously.

Joshua Fulcher

Groomsman

I met Jr about 11 years ago through a mutual friend. I don't have just one best memory. Every single Friday night, Jr would come over with a group of our friends and we'd play card games: watch tv: and drink. These are some of the best memories. I wish Jr and Sabrina nothing but success. I hope they have an incredibly fulfilling marriage. They should work through the bad times. Lastly, I hope they have many children together so I can live vicariously through them.

Thomas Amoroso

Groomsman

I met Jr at the shipyard in welding school. We both started at the same time and ended up getting paired together at one of the training jobs. We became friends because we had similar interests. Then we found out that we had all the same friends anyway. My fondest memory with Jr is having a bad horror movie night at my apartment with Josh and some of our good friends. I hope that Jr and Sabrina have a lifetime of happiness together.

Rick Maine

Groomsman

I met Jr at a party 10 years ago. My fondest memory with Jr is spending Magfest together, the first year Jr and Sabrina attended. I remember playing games all night and drinking way too much while a bunch of drama was going on with our friends. We didn't let that stop us. I hope that Jr and Sabrina get more dogs or maybe a kid or two if they want them.

Corey Bright

Groomsman

I met Jr around 2008 when we both worked at GameStop. But, we really didn't become close friends until 2012 when I moved back from Arizona. Two of my favorite memories with Jr are the one time we were leaving the bar having a conversation about what it means to be black in America and I really enjoyed having a deep conversation with him. The second memory is going to the beach with a few good friends, some beer, and having an all around good time. I wish Jr ans Sabrina three things: happiness, health, and a big ole pile of wealth.

Zach Corns

Groomsman

I met Jr at Josh and Thomas's apartment. My fondest memory of Jr is all the freak accidents that occurred on the beach. I remember hanging off an awning during a storm. When the awning lifted off the ground, we had a moment of eye contact and unspokenly agreed that the awning wasn't worth it and let go. I hope that Jr and Sabrina have a bunch of kids and that Sabrina to never stops picking on Jr.

Greg Smith

Groomsman

I met Jr at my family's house during Christmas of 2013. My fondest memory of Jr is playing Supersmash together and drinking beers. I also really enjoyed hearing about how he proposed to my sister in Japan. I wish only the best for my little sister and Jr. I wish them a lifetime full of friendship, love and trust.
