FAQs

Question

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask guests RSVP online by July 17, 2023.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re asking you to wear cocktail attire. This can include: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, suits or dark jackets and slacks.

Question

Is there a COVID vaccine or testing requirement?

Answer

No, but we do ask that if you’re not feeling 100% to please wish us well … from home :-)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask guests to be seated for the 4:30 pm ceremony. Doors will open at 4 pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet parking at the Shinola Hotel is provided. Mention the Jamerson wedding party.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located at the Shinola Hotel. If you are staying at the hotel blocks reserved for guests, transportation is most likely not needed, for the hotels are a short walking distance away.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything is indoors, though our space does have a balcony for photos depending on the weather.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate your making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
