Tyler and Jasmine's first words were exchanged on a dating website. Jasmine was out with friends when Tyler messaged her "Hey" and it took off from there. Their first date was at Aquafest in Rice Lake on June 9th, 2018. Jasmine was so nervous she drove to the wrong house before turning around and leaving for Kwik Trip. Eventually Jasmine drove back, found the right house, and they left for dinner. After dinner, they headed downtown and ended up meeting some of Tyler's coworkers. As some know, Jasmine is kind of antisocial around new people so she sang along to the opening band with a Mike in hand. They eventually moved towards the stage dancing and singing the night away listening to Austin Fire, Jessie G., and Gretchen Wilson. Tyler will swear that Jasmine made the first move but she says differently.

Tyler had arranged a massage and spa experience for Jasmine as a late anniversary gift. On their way to Cumberland, Troy messaged Tyler saying that he, Krystal, and Mya would be out on Long Lake that afternoon and did we want to join them. Of course they said "yes!' and Jasmine was all for skipping the spa and heading straight there but it was already paid for and they wouldn't be out until later anyways. After the spa, Tyler and Jasmine drove to The Landing on Long Lake where they met up with Troy, Krystal, and Mya. We were enjoying the company, music, and laughter when Long Islands came up. One of Tyler and Jasmine's most memorable spots has very intoxicating Long Islands so it was decided that that is where we were going. Once they arrived at Lincolnwood, the docks were completely full so Troy got the pontoon as close as he could and Tyler, Krystal, and Jasmine hopped off. Jasmine was so focused on showing Krystal all the fish by the dock that she didn't see Tyler drop to one knee or understand why Krystal was filming. As Jasmine was turning to figure out what was happening, she almost smacked Tyler in the face. She stood there shocked as the man of her dreams asked her to be his wife. Obviously she said YES!
