My little brother, and almost equally as talented athletically, Robbie and I share a bond based on our mutual love of our family. We spend much of our time together engaged in recreational sibling competition, but our family values instilled in us by our parents will always be central to our relationship, and I am blessed to have Robbie as my brother.

We were randomly placed together as roommates our freshman year of college. Once we got through those awkward first days of living with a stranger, we became inseparable as friends. I guess those college personality surveys actually work!

Uncle Tom is not only my Godfather, but has always been a central figure in shaping my values in the importance of family. He has been a supportive presence throughout my life in all that I have done, and he has lived an admirable life of service to others, both as a foundational rock to our family as well as a decorated police officer of over 30 years.

Dawn and I were sorority sisters in college but I didn't realize she was Scott's sister until I met him 3 years ago. Dawn is so much fun to be around and is such a kind person so I am incredibly excited that she will be my sister-in-law.

Trent and I were acquaintances who first met in college by way of a mutual friend, long before I ever met Dana. Little did I know that he would later become my brother-in-law! One of my favorite things about Trent is learning from him why he is always right... Trent has an incredible work ethic and an undeniable devotion to his family. It has been a pleasure getting to know him better, and I am extremely grateful for how he has welcomed me into the family.

At the beginning of a relationship, meeting a friend of your new special someone can potentially be terrifying, because like it or not, they are about to become your friend as well. Unless, of course, that friend is Jay. He is the type of guy that you bring home to meet your parents just to tell them, "Look how good I've done in life!" simply because Jay is your friend. He's as equally kind, humble, and loyal to his family and friends as he'd be to a stranger needing help on the side of the road. I'm always smiling and laughing around Jay, whether we're working on a project, brewing beer, or just sitting around hanging out. Dana and I both believe that we are extremely blessed and very thankful to have him in our lives.
