Dessert: Baked white chocolate cheesecake with chocolate crunch and orange salsa

Main: Braised lamb shank with rosemary mash, confit parsnips and port reduction. Served with spring vegetables.

Starter: Oak smoked salmon salad with fennel and red onion, watercress and caper aioli
