To book online, click the VIEW button bellow and enter the requested dates, select Special rates & enter the Group code (Discount Code). You can enter the code up until your Cutoff Date: Monday 8/30/2021 to receive the rate. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid. If the hotel says there are no more rooms available in the block when you go to book, please contact us and we will have them add more rooms! If you want to come a day early or stay a day late, you may not be able to make the reservation on line. If that happens just call the hotel directly Monday-Friday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check availability of the discounted rate. Parking: There is a parking fee of $15/overnight (self-park) and $20/overnight (Valet). Airport shuttle available - please see Airport info or FAQ page!

ILM Airport also has several rental car agencies including, HERTZ, Enterprise, Avis, Alamo, and Budget for any guests interested in renting cars upon arrival. The Hotel Ballast does have a complementary airport shuttle! Just call the hotel at 910-763-5900 between 5AM-11:00PM to be picked up at baggage claim!
