Cocktail Casual: Men wear blazers, button-down with slacks (no ties, no jeans). Women think polished not formal (sundress, jumpsuit, flowy pants, nice top etc.)
Beverages and light apps will be provided, we encourage you to enjoy the wonderful restaurants in the area for dinner beforehand. Event will be outdoors, check weather and dress accordingly.

This is the hotel where we will be hosting the welcome party. It is in a central area with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities. Initial room block rates are as follows: King rooms are $343. Incremental discounts include: Destination Amenity fee waived ($35 regularly); Discounted Overnight parking: $45 Please email eduzs@halcyonhotelcherrycreek.com if you would like to extend your stay to see if the group rate can be extended. Prices are subject to change after initial room block is filled. Let us know if there are any issues booking a room.

This hotel is a short walk to the Halcyon which is where we will be hosting the welcome party. Initial room block rates are as follows: King rooms are $329 and Double Queen rooms are $349. Incremental charges include: $59 per night for parking; $35 per day destination fee Prices are subject to change after the initial room block is filled. This hotel is close to the Halcyon hotel where our welcome party will be held. Initial block of rooms are $259 per night Incremental costs include: Overnight parking $49 per night and no destination fee Prices may change once the initial block of rooms is filled. This location is a bit further from the other hotels and where many of the activities are held. It's a affordable option and is a quick Uber to everywhere you need to be. Hotel rates are currently ~$203. Parking is $15 a night and no destination fee. Let us know if there are any issues booking a room.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at Cherry Hills Country Club. We also suggest using Uber or Lyft for transportation. Cars can be left at Cherry Hills Country Club if needed.
