Friendship Fountain
This park is a staple in Jax! The fountain is newly renovated and has lights shows from time to time. It’s located at the end of the Riverwalk on the Southbank so you can take a nice stroll with views of downtown and end with a show at the fountain!
Southbank Riverwalk
Great for a short walk with views of downtown and the river!
Neptune Beach
If you’re looking to visit the beach, we recommend Neptune Beach! The town center area has parking with restaurants and bars in walking distance from the beach when you need to take a break from the sun.
Riverside Arts Market
This is a Jacksonville staple! It’s every Saturday from 10 to 3 under the Fuller Warren Bridge (I-95). Brooke sold her hand-lettering here a few times and Jeremy helped with the set up and tear down. It’s great for local finds!
Ed Austin Regional Park
This is Jeremy’s go-to disc golf course. Our dog, Penny, enjoys going with him (she is always by his side and not interested in the discs).
Blue Cypress Golf Course
This is Jeremy’s go-to golf course! He loves to go play a round on a random afternoon.
Fore Score Golf Tavern
We love coming here to sit in the little back yard area and enjoy fancy food and drinks with our dog, Penny! It’s also great to sit at the front bar or even take a swing at the golf simulators!
The Grape & Grain Exchange
Grape & Grain is great for specialty cocktails and has a speakeasy vibe behind the back curtain!
Beer:30 - San Marco
We love to try different craft beers here and play board games! Penny likes it, too.
Bold City Brewery
This is our favorite brewery! Try the Duke's Cold Nose Brown Ale with some corn nuggets! They also have great live music.
Intuition Ale Works
This is another great brewery with a great view of the stadium and river from the rooftop.
Happy Brew
This is a great little coffee shop run by our church!
Good Dough
We love the “doughwich” from here! They have tons of different doughnut flavors and great coffee!
Southern Grounds & Co.
Another great coffee place! They also have breakfast and lunch.
