For those who arrive in Vail on Friday we invite you to join us for a Welcome Reception. There will be drinks and a few light bites. We recommend eating dinner prior to arrival. See you there!

This event is cocktail attire.
The Shuttle bus will pick up guests at the Grand Hyatt Vail at 3:15pm and 3:45pm and bring you to the venue. You can park a car at the Cascade Parking Lot across from the Grand Hyatt. Return trips will start at 10:00pm.
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
This event is cocktail attire.
There will be an outdoor cocktail hour after our ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing inside.
