How much do I have to pay for my room up front?
Answer
The minimum amount due at time of booking your room is 10%. You can pay in full at time of booking. The remaining room cost will be due by January 16th.

Where do I book my flight?
Answer
Flights can be booked direct on the airline's website or through Beaches.com. The hotel does not offer any flight discounts.
Question
How do I set up the airport shuttle to take me to the hotel?
Answer
Jacy will need your flight information once you book your flights so she can enter it into the travel coordinator's site to coordinate your shuttle pickup time.

What documents do I need to travel to Turks and Caicos?
Answer
You will need a US Passport with an expiration date no less than 6 months after your date of return. No other documents are needed.

Do I have to be vaccinated?
Answer
No, you do not have to be vaccinated and you do not need to show proof of vaccination either. I would bring a mask just in case, but I have not read anywhere that they are required.

Do I have to tip at the resort?
Answer
Tips and gratuities are included in your cost of stay. Airport porterage, butler services and private car tipping is not included. The US dollar is the currency of Turks and Caicos.

Is there a schedule of events for the weekend?
Answer
The only scheduled events for the wedding will include the Cocktail Welcome Party on Thursday evening and the Wedding and dinner following on Friday April 12th. The rest of the time is up to you, enjoy the beach!
