ur story began in 2010, when Felix came to the United States as an exchange student. What started as a friendship quickly became a special connection, and even after he returned to Germany, we stayed in touch across the miles. In 2017, Felix visited Mexico, and our friendship continued to grow — still close, still meaningful, but simply as friends. Everything changed when he visited again in 2023. From the moment we saw each other, there was an instant connection, and we knew we wanted to spend every possible moment together. With only two weeks before his return to Germany, we made every day count. We laughed, talked endlessly, and truly got to know each other on a deeper level. It didn’t take long to realize that our hearts had found their home in one another. On October 10, 2023, we officially began our journey as boyfriend and girlfriend — starting a love story that would cross oceans and time zones. Long distance brought challenges and sacrifices, but it also showed us that our love was stronger than any distance. After countless flights, endless video calls, and many moments shared across continents, Felix proposed on July 18, 2025. In that moment, we knew this was not just a new beginning — but the beautiful start of the end of our long-distance journey, and the beginning of forever together.
