When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15, 2025. We will send an email nudge around July 1st, and if we do not receive your RSVP by July 15th we will have to consider the invitation declined, but we look forward to celebrating with you another time. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at 4pm to sign the guest book and get a good seat! We ask that everyone be seated by 4:15pm, so the ceremony can start promptly at 4:30pm. Please note and plan ahead: There is a half mile of dirt road leading to the venue, which will take 5-10 mins to safely drive.

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes, venue has free on-site parking, but somewhat limited for our maximum guest count. We ask that you please carpool best you can. Thank you!!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our recommended wedding attire is Vineyard Cocktail attire - cocktail dress, nice suit (tie optional). Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. Both the ceremony lawn and cobbled stone reception areas are outdoors (please look to the picture on the wedding party tab for reception shoe considerations). Evenings can get chilly. *A mountain west of the venue will cause the sun to "set" about 40 minutes earlier than the posted sunset time.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Dusty Sage - a lighter, pastel shade of sage green. Desert Coral - a lighter, muted shade of coral or terracotta, similar to rosé. * colors are named from examples off www.davidsbridal.com - picture of swatches at the top of this page. Linen - a neutral white with tan tones to compliment the Dusty Sage and Desert Coral colors.

Can we take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos. After the ceremony, though, we encourage you to capture the evening! There will be QR codes on all tables where you can share your wedding footage with us.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Is there handicap parking?

Answer

Please let Jonathan or Felise know if you need a reserved spot near the front of the venue. We will do our best to accommodate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please contact Jonathan or Felise if you need carpooling arrangements from your hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Camarillo hotels in order closest to venue: Sonesta Select Residence Inn Good Nite Inn Fairfield Inn & Suites Bella Capri Inn and Suites Holiday Inn Express Hampton Inn & Suites Hilton Garden Inn Best Western Days Inn Quality Inn & Suites *There are many more options in towns surrounding Camarillo like, Oxnard or Thousand Oaks, CA. Please contact Jonathan or Felise if you would like help choosing between hotels. We also highly suggest an Airbnb or VBRO homestay.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Bula! Thank you for your love and support as we embark on our new adventure in Life together! We are fortunate to have most of our home necessities, so we would be overjoyed if you would consider contributing to our dream honeymoon in Fiji!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The wedding party will have a rehearsal the MORNING before the wedding day, on 8/29/25. We have not been given a time yet. A celebratory rehearsal dinner for the wedding party will be schedule for the evening.

Will there be strobing lights?

Answer

We don't think so, but if you or a family member are sensitive to light, or prone to seizures of any kind, please make sure we are aware before the reception begins!!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only occasion. We hope this allows you to relax and enjoy the day with us. Thank you for your understanding!
