Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

This is a "destination wedding". Both the nuptials ceremony and reception will take place in Loiza, Puerto Rico

Is there a limit on people I can invite?

Answer

Individuals who receive(d) an invitation should list all persons that will attend the ceremony, (R.S.V.P.) if there is a last minute addition to your group, this may be accommodated upon request.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

The event does not require formal attire, as the ceremony will be on the beach. Semi-casual and/or business-casual wear is suitable for the event.

Are the guests responsible for booking lodging/accommodations?

Answer

Yes. This page will periodically update information with suggestions on hotels, resorts, AirB&B's, etc. near the wedding/reception.

Can guests arrive the day of the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There is no required time for guests to arrive or depart.

What is the length of stay for the entire event?

Answer

The bride & groom will arrive February 18, 2022 and depart February 25, 2022. It is to the discretion of the guest how long they stay.

Will there be an agenda or activities for the guests?

Answer

Yes. Guests will be notified of the ongoing activities on the agenda throughout the stay, however are not obligated to participate. Suggestions for tourism will be provided.

Will childcare be provided.

Answer

No. Each guest is responsible for overseeing everyone in their group, especially children. Adults may choose to secure childcare by adding a "babysitter" to their group.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes. Both the nuptials and the reception will take place on the beach.

Which airport should guests arrive and depart?

Answer

Guests should fly into, and depart from San Juan airport (SJU).

Will car rentals be necessary?

Answer

It is highly recommended that guests rent a vehicle during stay, as ride-share companies (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc.) either have limited service, or do not operate in Puerto Rico.

What is the R.S.V.P. deadline?

Answer

The deadline to accept or decline the invitation is 11/28/21, this allows sufficient time for the preparations to be confirmed.

Will guests have meal options for the reception dinner?

Answer

Yes. The menu options are pending, please list any food allergies or restrictions (for anyone in your group) on the R.S.V.P.

Where are the Bride and Groom registered?

Answer

There is no formal registry; Guests can lovingly wish the Bride and Groom well with financial contributions available on the website (i.e. Sponsor the DJ, Honeymoon, Venue, Flowers, etc).

When should I purchase my airline ticket(s)?

Answer

It is suggested tickets be purchased once the guest R.S.V.P.'s, it is also recommended that guests monitor travel booking sites periodically for the best ticket prices.

What will the weather/forecast be during the stay?

Answer

During the season of the ceremony (February) Puerto Rico has temperatures ranging from 80 to 90 degrees. Although weather can be unpredictable, February is not hurricane season, we will continue to monitor weather for Loiza, Puerto Rico.

Will I require a passport for Puerto Rico?

Answer

No. Puerto Rico is United States territory.

Are masks required during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

No. It is to the guests discretion whether or not a mask is worn. Please keep in mind some local establishments may require masking.

Will I need the COVID-19 vaccine to travel?

Answer

No. Vaccinations are not currently mandatory, this is also subject to change. Please continue to monitor this site for the most updated information.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will take place outdoors.
