What should I do if I cant make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'no' so that we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal / dressy casual. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on grass so dress accordingly. No casual clothing (i.e. jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, etc.)

Is there a registry?

Answer

We do not have a traditional registry as we already have everything we need! Instead, we will be doing 2 different funds (a home renovation & a honeymoon fund) you can choose from although please note, gifts are not necessary!

Can I take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Since Marietta is a small town, there are no major hotels in the area. There are, however, some very cute Inns and Bed & Breakfasts in the area. Please see the "Travel" tab for those details.

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be event parking across the street from the venue. For directions to the parking lot, please use the below address in your GPS: 28 S. Perry Street Marietta, Pa 17547
