Weekly forecast is out and it’s looking good! Wedding day calls for sunny fall weather, high of 65 degrees during the day and chilly in the evening. All wedding activities will be held indoors and climate controlled, so prepare accordingly with layers!
If you plan to stay the weekend and do some exploring of the area, maybe. Charleston is fairly small with plenty of Uber/Lyft available. The airport is small and close to both Mount Pleasant and Downtown. Downtown Charleston is very walkable, there are also bike taxis and rideshare, and parking is kind of a pain so you can maneuver just fine without a car. There is a water taxi available to shuttle between downtown and Patriots Point on Saturday.

You'll find our room block information under the travel/hotels tab. Of course there are so many options for hotels nearby. For convenience and best price, we'd suggest the blocked rooms listed. Mount Pleasant is where you would find things such as Holiday Inn, Staybridge suites and Comfort Inn, and are nearest to our venue. If you are planning to stay the weekend and play in Charleston or want more of a vacation vibe, check out the boutique hotels downtown. The Dewberry, The Palmetto, Hotel Emeline and Harborview are all very highly recommended.
Ceremony will begin at 4pm. We would suggest arriving to the church 15-30 minutes prior to allow for parking, mingling and snagging a seat! The church has only one entrance and there is no way to sneak in the back after the procession has begun.
We strongly suggest cocktail to formal evening attire!
