What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to ceremony by 4:15pm at the latest.

Of course! Your health and safety is a top priority to the couple. Please feel free to reach out to the Groom or Bride with any Religious or Dietary requests so they can ensure the request is met.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There are plenty of parking spots on site.

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal. It will be late August and possibly warm that evening so please dress in attire you feel presentable and most comfortable in. We ask please no denim or shorts be worn. Grass is the surface the ceremony will be held on, for those wearing heels you may want to wear a thicker heel to avoid sinking in grass.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

If for any reason you Uber/Lyft or car-pool safely back to your hotel, you may leave your car at the wedding venue overnight and return for it in the morning.

Answer

If you are looking to share a hotel room or plan to carpool to the event please ask the Bride or Groom who you may know that is attending.

Where is this Venue in regards to the local Hotels?

Answer

It is about 10 minutes from Hanover, PA hotels or roughly 20-30 minutes from Gettysburg, PA depending on hotel choice.
