For our out of town guest, we have blocked rooms to be booked no later than Dec 15, 2020. Registration can be done via the phone by requesting the group rate of $159 per night (King room w/ pull out sofa) and $169 per night ( 2 Queen room) by asking for the McLean-White Wedding or online via the tab below. Should you book late and there not be rooms, please notify us to increase the number of rooms. Please keep in mind that we can not promise that hotel rooms will be available if hotel has reached capacity. Check in time is at 4:00 pm and check out is at noon. Guest arriving early will be accommodated as rooms become available.

The following airlines fly in and out of SW Florida International Airport: Southwest, Frontier, Delta, United, Air Canada, Eurowings, Sun Country and WestJet.

Rental Car

Car rentals are optional and not needed unless you desire one. The hotel will provide shuttle services to and from the airport 24 hours a day and to and from the wedding venue as well.
