The ceremony begins at 11:45am, so please arrive about 10-15 minutes early.

Since there’s a guest limit at our venue, children won’t be able to attend.

I have a food allergy, what options are available?

Answer

As a couple with food allergies ourselves (Sara = gluten free & Ian = lactose intolerant), we made sure to have plenty of choices, including vegetarian options. There are 7 entrees to choose from, so there’s a good chance you’ll find something you can have. If you have a concern, feel free to reach out to either one of us.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, you can drive to the venue, but it’s valet parking only. You can also take the shuttle bus to the venue from the hotel.

Are there any other events that I should know about for the wedding?

Since our wedding ends at 5:30pm at Crest Hollow Country Club, we’ll be continuing the celebration at Vauxhall starting at 6pm. The after party is optional. The address is 26 Clinton Ave. in Huntington, NY.
