Please arrive by 3:00 to ensure you have time to find a seat and park. We will have signs as well as a coordinator to ensure everyone is in the right place. Our Venue has plenty of parking and we recommend you arrive early to get a good parking spot ;) This will be an indoor ceremony with plenty of room for our loved ones! Ceremony: Please feel free to sit anywhere you'd like, except in the *reserved* seating area. Dinner/Reception: While you will be assigned to a table, individual seats will not be designated. Your table assignment will be displayed during the cocktail party.
We want to see you dress to impress! We are excited to have a formal dress code (black tie optional). Think of black-tie optional guest attire as a fusion between black-tie and formal fashion- a dark suit with dress pants and nice loafers would be acceptable too. You can wear a tuxedo or black suit. Ladies can be in a floor-length evening gown or a tea length dress (please no creams or white dresses) .
Our ceremony will be an unplugged event. For this, we ask that all phone and cameras to be put away and there are to be no photos or pictures to be taken! You are more than welcome to take pictures + videos at the reception. This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. As we have strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitations. Thank you for understanding.
If we do not get the RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked "unable to attend". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner they have given us and we cannot accept a late RSVP due to this. Yes, but it is limited. Due to a majority of our families preferences and our own we decided to do a champagne toast and tower only. However, we do have some amazing and delicious mocktails planned for the big day!
