Brooke and Peter’s love story began in December 2020, when mutual friends introduced them during the pandemic. Their first date was a chilly January evening in New York City outdoor dining only, bundled up against the 20° weather on the Upper East Side. That night sparked many more dates filled with new restaurants, spontaneous hangouts, and exploring the city together. In February 2023, after countless adventures and memories, they moved in together. Their journey has since included fun trips, beach getaways, and exploring charming towns along the East Coast and Europe. But their favorite moments are often the quiet ones, cooking meals at home, binge-watching shows, or sharing frozen yogurt on the couch. In January 2025, Peter proposed on the rooftop of the Ritz-Carlton in New York City, where it all began. With the skyline as their backdrop, Brooke said YES! They’re so excited to celebrate their big day surrounded by their closest friends and family!
