We've secured discounted hotel room blocks for guests booking Friday through Sunday reservations. Visit the Travel page for hotel details and links to secure the group rate. There are also some great Airbnb and VRBO options nearby, particularly if you're traveling with a group. Book these early too!
Yes! We'd love for you to dress up with us to celebrate! Think spring semi-formal to formal attire. Please avoid jeans, shorts and outfits that are all white. If the weather cooperates, our ceremony will take place on the lawn overlooking the lake, followed by a reception on the mansion's spacious deck. We recommend choosing footwear that'll be comfortable on grass and outdoor spaces.
We love your people and wish we could celebrate with everyone! Due to limited venue space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invited guest(s) or child(ren) are included, their names will appear on your RSVP.
Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM. This will give you time to grab a drink, take in the views and get settled before the ceremony begins.
Yes! Complimentary transportation will be available. Shuttle service will pick up from the shared parking area between the Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites on National Service Road. The buses will begin arriving at 2:45 p.m. and will depart promptly at 3:30 p.m., so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Please note that there will not be shuttle pick-up or drop-off service at the Comfort Inn or La Quinta. The Comfort Inn is just a short walk or quick drive from the shuttle pick-up location, and La Quinta is a short drive away. At the end of the evening, return shuttle service to the hotels will be provided in two departure waves.
