Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will held the evening of Saturday, November 15th. Our block at the Haciendas is Thurs-Sunday (3pm check-in, 12pm check-out), and we'd suggest checking in Thursday to catch all of the events. All events are optional if you choose to arrive later; Hacienda rooms can also be booked for 1-2 nights vs the full 3 nights. Check the "Schedule" page for more details on events.

Answer

We will have a standard rain plan and tents for dreary weather. November is the tail end of hurricane season, so there is always the slight chance for a severe weather event, in which case we will make a call based on weather forecasts. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance and ensuring flights are changeable/cancellable.

We love our little ones, but to ensure that the adults have a relaxing time, our wedding events and Hacienda accommodations will be 16+. There are plenty of fabulous family-friendly resorts in Puerta Aventuras in the event you'd like to travel with your family to Mexico.

Answer

The wedding will be held at the pool deck(s) and garden of the Riviera Maya Haciendas. Those staying at RMH will have an easy short walk to the wedding event. On the day of the wedding, access may be restricted to the pool deck and gardens of Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar. If you are staying off-site, please plan to walk or arrange alternate transportation (gold cart, taxi).

Answer

Formal RSVPs will be collected once invites are sent. To help us better coordinate accommodations, we kindly request you let us know your preliminary plans on the "Travel Questionnaire" page. We kindly request that all guests RSVP to the wedding by Aug 15, 2025. RSVP's to other wedding weekend events can be finalized up to Oct 15, 2025.

Answer

Our current block is reserved for Thurs-Sun Nov 13-16. If you have interest in extending your stay to Monday or later, please let us know on the "Travel Questionnaire" page. We will look into extending the Haciendas stay if there is sufficient interest. RMH will not be able to accommodate arriving earlier than Thursday afternoon.
