Leinie Lodge
A fun stop for a look back at history or just a beer at the bar. Leinenkugels has made Chippewa Falls its home now for nearly 150 years. Locals and visitors alike can't get enough of all that is Leinies. When you visit this infamous brewery, you can take a tour through the grounds and watch the brewing process right before your eyes. Once you learn all that it takes to brew a bottle of their beer, you can head back to the Leinie Lodge and taste it yourself! You can even mix different beers to create different flavors that will wow your taste buds. Afterwards, browse through Leinie's merchandise and pick some collectibles to take home with you to commemorate your time at this infamous brewery. You gotta join the Leinie side... you won't regret it!
The Brewing Projekt
A beautiful new tap room with the occasional food truck. This is the place to go for beers that taste like no others that you've drank before. The Brewing Projekt focuses on creating beers that are far from boring; they take flavors and sensations that you wouldn't expect in a beer and turn them into something you'll be refilling your glass with because it's just so dang good. Enjoy your flights in the taproom or their hip and cool rooftop patio. If you want to stay on your feet, grab a kubb set and set up your gang's pitch on their lawn. This place is meant to enjoy with the ones you love most. If that's your dog... no problem; The Brewing Projekt is dog-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs with open arms.
Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market
Buy local, eat fresh. The Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market is located in beautiful Phoenix Park in downtown Eau Claire, WI. We are a producers-only market that wants to foster a connection between family farms and the community. This goes beyond having fresh, locally produced products and includes the chance for the consumer to talk directly to the person who grows, raises, or produces their food. We are also located in an open-air pavillion along the Chippewa River, have local musicians perform each Saturday, and create a spot for friends and neighbors to meet.
Olson's Ice Cream
Olson's Ice Cream is the only locally made ice cream since 1944! They have developed over 250 recipes (and counting) of delicious homemade ice cream! They have two locations in our area, one in Eau CLaire which is newer and right in downtown, the second/original location is in Chippewa Falls (about 15 min from Eau Claire). When you visit, choose from the largest selection of classic and seasonal flavors made with fresh milk, cream, and high-quality ingredients. We are fortunate to also have Ramone’s Ive Cream Parlor dishing up fresh made waffle cones just down the road!
Chippewa River Distillery
When it comes to beverages, this place truly has something for everyone. Being both a distillery and brewery over in Chippewa Falls, you can expect exceptional spirits and cocktails along with beers that are serious crowd-pleasers. Their rooftop patio gives you a spectacular view of the Chippewa River too. Rumor has it their bloody marys are pretty darn good too! It doesn't get any better out here!

You have to fuel up for a long day of fun in Eau Claire the right way! Altoona Family Restaurant serves breakfast ALL day long! So if you have any late risers in the family, you don't have to rush! They have something for everyone too so, no picky eaters here!

Sculpture Tour Eau Claire
Eau Claire's Sculpture Tour is the second largest in the nation with over 50 sculptures scattered throughout the streets of Eau Claire. The sculptures are made by both local and international artists and definitely add some life to our cool city! Take the kids on a hunt to find them all and pick your favorite one. While you're out exploring, you may even run into some of our city's murals. Get your phone or camera out because they make for the perfect photo op! You may even run into the Eau Claire's Downtown Farmers Market! Check out our local farmers and producers to get a true taste of Eau Claire.
Pablo Center at the Confluence
Located in the heart of downtown Eau Claire, Pablo Center at the Confluence brings creativity, educational opportunities, elegant events and world-renowned artists to the Chippewa Valley. Pablo's inaugural season featured your favorite artists such as The Voice finalist, Chris Kroeze, and The Blind Boys of Alabama, as well as new musicians Eau Claire fell in love with like Ganavya and Cloud Cult. But Pablo goes far beyond musical guests, shining a light on dance productions and family-friendly performances, as well as literary and film events spanning multiple genres. Yes, it’s as cool as it sounds
Action City
For the kids and the kids at heart. Action City Trampoline Park & Family Fun Center, located inside the Metropolis Resort, offers a wide variety of activities, attractions and games that are fun for all ages. Trampoline Park activities include: dodgeball, open jump, an air bag “stunt” jump, Slam Dunk basketball, a slackline, fidget ladder, Gladiator jousting, indoor play ground and two Ninja Warrior courses. Fun Center attractions and games include the largest indoor go-kart track in the Midwest, batting cages, a climbing wall, bumper cars, laser tag, laser maze, outdoor mini golf course, mini bowling and video arcade games. Action City also features Monkey in the Middle Pizza, Dairy Queen and Orange Julius (cold treats) and private party rooms. Open daily – visit Action City’s website for hours.
Dixon's Autumn Harvest Winery and Orchard
Established in 2004, Autumn Harvest Winery opened as the Chippewa Valley’s first winery. This local winery has gained a great deal of attention with their award-winning wines, ranging from dry (Pinot Noir) to semi-sweet fruit wines, Wisconsin grape wines and multiple blends. Their Northern Lights white wine was the best selling Wisconsin wine in the Chippewa Valley in 2013. The tasting room is open seasonally, May through October. Visitors can enjoy a glass or bottle of wine on the patio. Enjoy live music on Wine Down Saturdays and mark your calendars for the annual Fall Festival, held the second weekend in September. Beginning in mid-August over fifteen varieties of apples are available fresh picked or pick-your-own. There are fun family activities including pick-your-own pumpkins, free wagon rides on the weekends, and a free corn maze for the kids.
Big Falls County Park
Big Falls County Park- Offers picnic areas with grills, sandy beaches, canoeing/tubing, pit toilets, paved parking lots, fishing, waterfalls and swimming hole. Fun little adventure not to far from Eau Claire.
National Eagle Center
Stop in to see the resident eagles and learn some interesting facts about the national bird and their habitats. It’s a bonus that it’s located on the Mississippi River where eagles regularly fly above. While in Amanda’s hometown, stop by the local brewery, Irish pub, and chocolate escape for a sweet treat.

Loopy's Grill & Saloon
Awesome place to get rentals for floating the river. They have a shuttle and a lanbding spot! good food and drinks. Makes for a great day if the weather is right.
