WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find a seat.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please avoid shades of white or dark brown. The ceremony will be held outside weather permitting.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RVSP by August 28, 2026. The final headcount is due to our venue soon after that date and we will be unable to change numbers. Thank you!

Although we love your little ones, we would love for our adults to let loose and have a kid free night!

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Yes, we have a block at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Cherry Hill Philadelphia. Please check our travel page for more information and the link to reserve under the Fehr/Torkos block!

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE WEDDING THE WEEK OF/DAY OF. WHO DO I CONTACT?

If you have a question the week of the wedding or the day of, please contact the brides mother or maid of honor.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Of course! Dinner will be plated. Please add your allergy on your RSVP. Vegetarian and gluten free options are already provided throughout the evening.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, the Marian House has on site parking. Please arrive by 5:00 pm to park and find your seats. You may leave your vehicle at the venue but it must be picked up the next morning.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles provided to transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony and back to the hotel after our reception. We are using a 55 passenger motor coach for maximum convenience. The shuttle will do two runs starting at 3:45 pm to ensure all guests arrive on time for our 5:30 pm ceremony. The evening shuttles will begin at 10:45 pm and provide two runs. Please plan accordingly to ensure you do not miss the shuttle service!

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Answer

We are registered at both Crate & Barrel and Amazon. Please check the registry page on our website for more information. Any contribution is appreciated!

IS THERE A WEATHER BACKUP PLAN?

Answer

Although we cannot control the weather, but wish we could, inclement weather is possible. In this case, the ceremony will be moved in doors at the Marian House! Otherwise, if it is not raining the ceremony will be held outdoors.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE AT THE SAME PLACE?

Answer

All events will be held at the Marian House. This includes our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. An after party will be held at the hotel bar. Please check our schedule page for more information!
