I reached out to a winery with a custom label to be placed on a wine of her choosing. We went there on a Monday and it was slow so we got to have a short wine tasting. After she picked her favorite wine we were given a tour while the proposal bottle was prepared. They placed the custom label with a green shrink cap, green is her favorite color, and as we were wrapping up I asked her if she wanted this bottle of wine. I handed her the bottle with the custom label as I got down on one knee. I was so choked up I could barely get out the words asking her to marry me. But she still said YES!

I am embarrassed to say that we did meet on the "hookup app" also known as Tinder. I made my sister, Maddie go with me on a double date to meet David for the first time. I knew that this was going to last a long time once I watched him walk up to the Buffalo Grove Theatre with his Chuck Taylor's on. The rest is history.
