Semi-Formal Attire, please. Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so we recommend keeping an eye on the weather and dressing accordingly. We also kindly ask that guests avoid colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation. We want to keep our special day intimate with our closest friends and family! Thank you for understanding.
Yes! We will have a shuttle to pick up guests at both the Thompson Nashville or Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center (both hotels are listed on our travel page) at 3:45PM on Saturday. If you are staying at a different hotel or airbnb, you are welcome to head to either one of the listed hotels to catch a ride to the venue!
We can absolutely accommodate your dietary restrictions! Please reach out to us so that we can let our caterer know.
We love children (especially yours), but we’d like you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night off, so we’re requesting that the kiddos be left at home with a sitter.
You are more than welcome to use a rideshare app to get to the venue, but keep in mind some drivers may not go out to Greenbrier. We recommend using our provided transportation, which pick up at either Thompson Nashville or Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center.
For those of you driving to the venue, there is ample parking on the premises.
