If you are flying in from out of state, there are three major airports within 65 miles of the venue: Worcester Regional (ORH, 19 miles), Boston Logan International (BOS, 64 miles), and Manchester-Boston Regional (MHT, 50 miles).
The nearest hotels are located in Leominster. There are several budget-friendly options available (see below), all of which are about a 20 minute drive from the venue. There will also be shuttle service (school bus style!) traveling to/from the DoubleTree in Leominster (see below!). Please be responsible and use this shuttle if you are planning on putting our "open bar" to the test :)

DoubleTree (Leominster) --> Harrington Farm 4:15pm: Bus departs DoubleTree; arrives at venue around 4:45pm Harrington Farm --> DoubleTree 9:00pm (early option): Bus departs venue; arrives at DoubleTree around 9:30pm 10:45pm (final departure): Bus departs venue; arrives at DoubleTree around 11:15pm.
