We kindly ask all RSVPs to be received no later than March 25, 2026. You can RSVP via the RSVP tab of our wedding website.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and when you RSVP.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate children outside of immediate nieces or nephews. Should you require baby sitting services in the Charlotte area, please contact Ashley or Sean and we are happy to connect you with local options.
Addresses for all locations throughout the wedding weekend as well as a timeline of events can be found on the Schedule tab of our website. This information is also available within your invitation suite.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait to take their seats until after the processional is completed.
For the wedding, our dress code is semi-formal. For men, this means a suit or a blazer with dress pants, a button-down shirt, and a tie or bow tie, while women can wear a cocktail dress, a long or midi-length dress, or a tailored jumpsuit. We kindly request that the color white be reserved for the bride.
We will be providing a shuttle service between the AC Hotel and our venue. The shuttle will pick up guests at the AC Hotel beginning at 3:30 PM and will depart promptly at 3:45 PM. The shuttle service will be unable to wait for guests that arrive to the pickup location following 3:45 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the AC Hotel, which is also the location of our After Party. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle service. Guests may also chose to drive themselves to the wedding venue, if preferred. Parking is complimentary. Guests will need to stop at the gatehouse of the venue and can mention they are attending the Lambert - Feehily Wedding. Vehicles may not be left at the venue overnight.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. Guests may need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
We recommend looking at the weather app in the days leading up to the wedding for the most accurate forecast. Generally, however, Charlotte in April has mild spring weather — sunny and in the 70s during the day, dipping into the 50s at night. While we hope to avoid it, there is always a chance of rain.
We expect to have dining options for all guests. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can ensure all restrictions and allergies are accounted for.
