We’re Getting Married!

Our first date was quite an adventure. I remember finding out that this guy is a die-hard fish lover. He brought me to the Aquarium of the Pacific and kept going on and on about every fish that he saw. It is when were in the seals and sea lions area that Fed asked me if I liked him after two months of just talking and I simply replied “I wouldn’t agree to go here with you if I didn’t”. After that first date is when everything had started, from taking small trips around the city, to farther places such as San Francisco. It is then I knew that he will be my forever travel buddy.

It was year 2020 when it happened. Out of all the places that Fed and I have been to, next to Hawai’i, San Francisco is one of my favorites and Fed knew the amount of love I have for this town. So, on the 20th of November 2020, we decided to celebrate my mom’s birthday in San Francisco. We were out and about throughout the day and I was still distracted by this amazing city without the slightest idea that Fed had planned something that will both change our lives. Towards the end of the day, we took our last stop at the Crissy Field to take photos with the Golden Gate bridge as our background. I asked Fed to take a photo of my mom and I while facing the bridge, I hear him count ‘’1..2..3..’’ then said turn around. My mom and I turned almost at the same time and there he is kneeling down while holding up a ring, asking for my mom’s blessing, at the same time, asking me to marry him. And of course I gave him the biggest YES!
