About Us

GET TO KNOW US

Paulo I come from an amazing, caring, christian family of 5. My parents are from Uruguay, but I was born in Brazil (no, I am not a soccer superstar, although I come pretty close). We came to the US when I was 14… so I have had a pretty awesome multicultural life. I enjoy the outdoors, antiques, soccer, cars and pretty much anything that has an engine and some horse power. Federica Born and partially raised in Uruguay, then moved to the US at 11 years old. I come from a family of 6, with two older sisters and a younger brother. My family is my strength, and my nieces and nephew are my weaknesses. I am passionate about home decor, baking, fashion, hosting, event planning, and pretty much everything I do.

Our Story

Two average souls who fell in love

Paulo and Federica, or as many of our friends and family like to call us: Paulinho, Fede, Mano, Fefi, Paulito, Yaya... or whatever you want to call us at this point... Although we come from similar backgrounds and cultures, we met in the good ol' Rockingham Co. through family acquaintances. We have a sweet, smart, hyperactive and friendly puppy: Charlie. The one who has tested our patience an incredible number of times, but has taught us what perseverance and unconditional love is really about. We have countless dreams and goals together and can't wait to start this new journey.

The Wedding

Chic, romantic, fun & sweet

We are a couple who embraces our cultures; therefore,we want to include some important, traditional parts to our big day: The Wedding Party - In our culture, the ones who stand behind us as we say 'I do' are our parents. It is important for us to honor their presence and acceptance of our marriage… so we decided to follow this one. However, we have some people that we just can't tie the knot without. We will also have a wedding party to have as support and have our back throughout this process. The Reception - While we love children, it will be an adult only affair. It is important to us that our friends enjoy the day (and night) with us, without having to worry about their little ones. We hope our guests see this as an opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy the party with us. The Waltz and First Dance - The Waltz is important for our parents, so we decided to honor this as well. It's a simple, yet elegant ballroom dance. The bride and groom start the dance, then another couple approaches to dance with them, and start a rotation as they progress around the dance floor. We will also have a First Dance, which is something that we are both looking forward to. Ditching Wedding Cake for Desserts - We are especially proud of our countries' delightful sweets and delicate pastries, so we want to share this with our guests. Ladies and gents' get your sweet tooth ready because there will be a sugar overload. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
