What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM sharp. We ask that all guests arrive by 4:15pm to ensure everyone is seated before we get started!

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

For the safety of our guests, a special code for free uber rides to and from the venue and the Alloy Hotel will be provided. You will find this code in your hotel room welcome bag!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue if you decide to drive. Keep in mind that Appleford Estate is located in a residential area off of a long hidden driveway, keep your eyes out for the Appleford sign once you arrive on Mount Moro Road.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/ Cocktail. Suits for men and floor or knee-length dresses for women.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in Appleford’s beautiful garden setting. The reception will take place in the expansive, climate-controlled tent attached to the main house. Guests may tour the inside of the historic house or explore the grounds once cocktail hour begins. In case of inclement weather, we will proceed with an indoor plan.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests put away phones so everyone can enjoy the moment with us. Don’t worry, we’ll share plenty of photos afterward!

When should I book the hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible! If you run into any issues or don’t see any available rooms, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
