What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional Break out your tuxes, sharp suits, and glam gowns—it’s time to get fancy! We're planning an elegant evening and would love to see our guests embrace the occasion. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo, though a dark suit and tie is absolutely welcome. Ladies can opt for a floor-length gown, a chic cocktail dress, or other formal attire. Bring your best-dressed self—we can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place indoors at the beautiful Saints Simon & Jude’s Church. Afterward, we’ll mingle during cocktail hour on the South Terrace at Saucon Valley Country Club with a covered patio. Dinner will be served inside, and as the evening cools down, we’ll head back outside to dance the night away under the stars!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony? Is there parking?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 PM, so we recommend arriving by 1:45 PM to get settled and help us start right on time! Parking is available in two small lots at the church, but some guests may need to use street parking nearby.

Is there a break between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s a lovely little pause between the ceremony and reception. It’s the perfect chance to explore some local favorites—be sure to check out our “Things to Do” tab for recommendations. If you’re staying at one of the nearby hotels in our room block, you’ll have plenty of time to freshen up before hopping on the bus to Saucon Valley Country Club for cocktail hour. Think of it as a graceful intermission before the celebration continues!

Is transportation provided?

Yes! We’ve arranged a shuttle bus to whisk our guests comfortably to and from the reception venue. Pick-up begins at 4:30 PM from the SpringHill Suites, and after the festivities, the shuttle will happily return everyone back to the same spot. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride—we’ve got you covered!

Yes! The valet will be at your service to take care of your car the moment you arrive—just step out and let the celebration begin!

Answer

As much as we’d love to say yes to every plus one, space is limited. Your invitation reflects the guests we can welcome—thank you for understanding!

While we love the kiddos, we’re keeping it to guests aged 12 and up. It’s a night for the grown-ups and the “almost grown-ups” to enjoy! Think of it as a well-deserved parents’ night off!
