Yes, or a hybrid of sorts. We will have the ceremony at a venue. Due to COVID-19, we are limiting the number of in-person guests to 25 and under, unless the CDC reduces the recommended number for gatherings. As we draw closer to our wedding date, a Zoom link will be provided. It is encouraged that those of the same household share a device if at all possible for the viewing so that no more than one Zoom link will be needed.
We love all of you very much and will be honored by your presence, either over Zoom or in person. We anticipate having well over 300 guests viewing the ceremony. Those of you who know either myself or Ty'Quez intimately know that both of us have huge families, be that from either or our paternal side or maternal side or both! Also, we both have huge spiritual families that span multiple congregations in our immediate vicinity. That being said, although we would very much love for you all to be able to witness our union as husband and wife in person, sadly that just won't be possible amid the current pandemic situation. Your being chosen to view the wedding over Zoom in no way indicates we love you any less than those attending in person. Those attending in person are of a very select few from our immediate families and close friends. Thank you for being understanding and cooperative during this unusual time.
At a lakeside venue in Greenwood, SC. To discourage uninvited drop-ins, the venue name will not be released until the day of the wedding ceremony. This is for everyone's safety. Those in attendance will be adhering to specific guidelines so that the occasion can commence in a safe and orderly fashion.
While we would prefer receiving gifts listed under our registry so as to prevent receiving multiples of an item that isn't particularly needed by us at this time, all gifts are welcomed and appreciated! You can contact me at the number above for the address to mail/ship your gift to. :)
Aside from Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Target, gift cards or gift certificates from Marshalls/Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, Trader Joe's, and Kohl's are very welcome! Additionally, ones for restaurants, massages, and other couples' experiences will be thoroughly enjoyed. Contact me at the number above for mailing info.
Under the Registry tab, you will find various funds that you may contribute to which will support different aspects of this new chapter in our lives. If you want to provide cash, check, or money order instead, please contact me at the number above for mailing info.
Following our union as husband and wife, I will be moving to Norcross, GA to live with my husband, Ty'Quez Faulkner. :D
