Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

The Georgian Room in the Vancouver Club (915 W Hastings St, Vancouver, B.C., V6C 3J1).

Where can I park?

Answer

Guests will find pay parking behind the Club along West Cordova Street (entrance at Lions Pub which will have an elevator that will take you to the Club's lobby). Another underground parking is available along West Cordova Street (Impark Lot 1210).

What is the dress code?

Answer

Apart from the wedding party, you can wear any colour except for white or sage green. The Vancouver Club has their own rules. Attendees are to wear a business suit or stylish jacket matched with slacks/skirt with an appropriate dress shirt. Tie or bow tie is optional. Dressy pantsuit, jumpsuit, or chic party dress. Coordinated footwear should be paired accordingly. The following is NOT permitted: (i) Khaki pants, cargo pants; (ii) Denim- light blue, faded, ripped, frayed, distressed, or white/beige; (iii) Casual long or short sleeve T-shirts; (iv) Apparel with advertising messages or slogans; (v) Ball caps; (vi) Miniskirts; (vii) Crop tops, halter tops, exposed undergarments, see-through fabrics.

Please arrive at the venue at 4pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:15pm.

The ceremony will last 20 minutes.

What is the general timeline for the wedding event?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:15pm. There will be group pictures afterwards followed by cocktail hour for guests to mingle. Guests will be seated for dinner at 5:30pm. We will have activities afterwards, so please stick around and help us dance the night away!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our celebration and limited guest list of 50, we kindly ask that no plus ones be invited. We’re grateful for your understanding and excited to share this special day with you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everyone can be fully present and enjoy the moment, we kindly request that guests refrain from using cellphones to take photos during the ceremony. We’re excited to have a professional photographer capturing these special memories, and we can't wait to share the beautiful moments with you afterward. Thank you for your understanding!
