We met in our sophomore year of high school, bonding over shared interests and a love for timeless moments. Our friendship grew over the years, and by senior prom, it was clear something special was unfolding. In 2018, we officially began dating and graduated high school; we’ve continued to grow together ever since. In a moment that felt both sentimental and unforgettable, Jason proposed during a quiet walk along the Henry Cowell Trail in the Santa Cruz Mountains at Roaring Camp. Surrounded by redwoods and just before a scenic train ride through the forest, he asked a question that marked the beginning of our next chapter. It was private, heartfelt, and perfectly us.
