Getting There: Airport Information

Getting There: Airport: Matecaña International Airport (PEI) This is the closest and easiest airport to our venue and hotels. Direct flights are not available. Connections range from Bogota, Medellin, and Panama. VALID PASSPORT REQUIRED. You will need to know the address of where you are staying for customs/immigration. There are no Visa Requirements for US Passport holders.

Good to Know...

Credit cards and Apple Pay is accepted at most places however, we recommend that you exchange at least $200 at the airport, as a contingency. The currency used is the Colombian Peso. Renting a car is available but NOT necessary. Uber is the most efficient way to get around. Transportation will be provided to the Venue from the Hotel Sonesta Pereira and back.

AirBnb

We recommend using Airbnb to find accommodations near Hacienda San Jose OR Pinares, Pinares Altos, or Circunvalar, which are all great areas to stay in Pereira. If you choose to stay in one of these areas, you will need to meet us at the Sonesta Hotel for group transportation or take an Uber directly to Hacienda San Jose.
