There are plenty of options to stay in the city, the venue is located about 25min from the city center so we would suggest to stay somewhere central so you can also enjoy the beauty of Marrakech and just take a taxi to the venue on the day of the event.
We will list a couple of options that we love here but feel free to message us in case of any other assistance needed. Just type the dates and Marrakech in booking.com anything central and with good reviews go for it!
Another option is to get a villa if you're coming in groups. You can find many on Airbnb, we can also recommend the agency below they have villas for 6-12 people from 300€ per night.

Flight
Marrakech or Casablanca Airport
Marrakech airport would be the easiest and closest to the venue, however if difficulties finding a flight, Casablanca airport also works as it’s only a 2:30 hours distance by car from Marrakech, you can also hop on a train from Casablanca to Marrakech for the same duration (the fastest train is called Al Atlas). For flights, please remember to PRINT your boarding pass before going to the airport when returning as this is a requirement in any moroccan airport (normally all hotels or roads can do this for you as they already know the rules).
