This is the hotel where the bride and groom and their family will be staying if you wish to stay at the same location. Reservations are not accepted until a year out from the date so you will be able to reserve a room as early as June 25th, 2020. To receive our group rate be sure to mention the Singer/Haight wedding over the phone or as we get closer a link will be provided that will direct you right to our wedding block booking page. *PLEASE NOTE - rooms book very quickly at this hotel so if this is where you would like to stay be sure to make your reservation sooner than later. Even if rooms book up from our block the rate at the Hyatt is still cheaper than the Hilton so it is our recommendation to try and book here first. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! If you are needing early check-in please call central reservations @ 800-233-1234 and let them know and then let the Bride or Groom know what time you are looking to check-in so they can notify it on their final paperwork.

Airline Options

For guests traveling in from out of town we recommend checking SkyScanner for flights. We use this site often when we travel. It shows a variety of airline and time options and what the most inexpensive deal is. MacArthur will be the closest airport to the wedding venue to but other nearby airports options are JFK & LGA.
