We are so grateful that you’re considering joining us as we celebrate our wedding in Dubrovnik. We understand that travelling overseas is a big ask and many of you may have other celebrations and commitments around the same time. Please know that we don’t take your effort or presence for granted. We’ll also be hosting a welcome party in the evening on Thursday 26th August. While this event is optional, it would be incredibly helpful to know whether you will be attending when you submit your RSVP, so we can plan accordingly.
Tvrđava Lovrjenac / Lovrjenac Fortress, Ul. od Tabakarije 29, 20000, Dubrovnik, Croatia Both ceremony and reception will be held at Fort Lawrence (near Pila Gate).
We plan to share invitations in Winter. Once you have the invitations, please RSVP as early as you can, but by no later than 01 February 2027. As our arrangements are based on confirmed numbers, we kindly ask that you only RSVP “yes” if you’re certain you’ll be able to attend. Thank you for helping us plan smoothly!

To keep our celebration intimate, the invitation is for the guests named only, and we’re unable to accommodate additional plus ones.

We have recommended a few hotels and areas for guests. We’ve included more travel and accommodation information on our Travel page.

We understand that travelling overseas is a big ask. There will be no registry and please don’t feel any additional obligation to give a gift. Your presence truly is the greatest gift we could ask for.
Please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP, so we can make arrangements.
If you're planning to get a taxi/car to the wedding venue, please allow 10 minutes walking to Dubrovnik Old Town. Old town is a restricted traffic zone, so not all taxis/drivers can enter directly. Some licensed taxis/drivers do have permits and may be able to drop you inside the Old Town, but availability can vary and you may need to wait to be matched with a driver who can access the area. In some cases, Uber drivers may message in advance to arrange a drop-off at the Public Garage, which is around a 9-minute walk downhill from the Old Town. Alternatively, public buses run frequently and can be a reliable way to reach the area directly.
In our experience, Dubrovnik is a very safe and clean city, and most locals speak English, which makes it easy to get around. Most of the below sights can be covered in a day with a Dubrovnik Pass: - City Walls – A must-do for incredible views of the Old Town (recommend before 10am, avoid midday, as there is little shade) - Franciscan Church & Monastery - near the Pile Gate. - Jesuit Stairs – Famous GOT filming location (you might recognise them!). Cavtat – A beautiful nearby town (~25 minutes by bus, Uber, or boat). Great beaches, restaurants, and a more relaxed vibe. Blue Cave Boat Tour – Highly recommended for boat vibes, swimming and cave diving. Lokrum Island – Quick boat ride from the Old Town harbour. Ideal for a half-day trip with nature, and swimming spots.
Restaurants Proto – Fantastic local seafood. A bit on the pricier side, but worth it for a special meal. Yes Yes Sandwich – boss butties, just outside Old Town near Ploče Gate. Peppino’s – Go-to spot for ice cream. Ciao – Authentic Italian dishes. Olivia – Brilliant pizza, plus a takeaway window. Taj Mahal – (it’s not Indian), serves traditional Croatian food. Restaurant Ezza – Known for steak. Slightly more expensive but very good quality. Holy Burek – Local Greggs - cheese burek is the one! Gradska Kavana Arsenal - Good for both food or just a drink (or coffee)! Great views of the harbour! 💡 For more ideas, check out: www.dubrovnikeats.com Bar Recommendations Buza Bard (Mala Buža) – “hole-in-the-wall” bottle bars just outside the city walls. Café Buža (on the wall) – great cocktails and a fun hidden entrance near the monastery, or accessible via the city walls. Panorama Bar – At the top of the cable car. £££, but the views are unbeatable!
Banje Beach – The closest beach to the Old Town and an easy walk. Great views and a lively atmosphere. Sveti Jakov Beach – About a 30-minute walk from Ploče Gate. Quieter, more relaxed, and well worth the effort. Bellevue Beach – A stunning spot with excellent swimming. The walk down is part of the experience!
