Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

The Omaha Zoo covers 160 acres and is one of the largest and best zoos in the nation. It has over 20 exhibits, 17,000 animals, and more than 962 species. It's easily more than one days worth of exploring and so worth a visit!

Holy Family Shrine

Downtown Papillion

Downtown Papillion is a small historic district with many unique shops and restaurants, particularly Graley's Creamery, Northwoods Cheese Haus, Grace's Pizza and Shakes, The Papillion Taco Guy, Kajoma's Boutique, and more!

It's All About Bees

It's All About Bees is a cute little specialty shop that sells local honey, bee products, and more. Here are just a few things you can find inside: raw honey, flavored honey, creamed honey, jellies, jams, marmalades, soaps, candles, lotions, lip balm, teas of all flavors and purposes, and bee-themed kitchen decor and accessories. It is 100% worth stopping by!

Schwer Park

Take a walk around the small lake where Nate proposed to Lauren on July 2nd, 2024! It's also where they took their engagement photos the following month and is one of Nate's favorite fishing spots.

Halleck Park

Halleck is a sweet park with an arboretum walking trail and a great little fishing pond with large water fountains. It's just a short walk from there to the Papillion Butterfly Gardens and the Papillion Veterans Memorial.

Heartland of America Park at The RiverFront

For kids, stop by the Discovery Playground near the Heartland of America Park!

Graley's is a charming, old-fashioned ice cream shop in Papillion where Nate works part-time upstairs making and spinning ice cream.

Early Bird Brunch

Early Bird is a great little brunch place in southeast Omaha. We very highly recommend their breakfast nachos!

Estilo Jalisco

Estilo Jalisco is an authentic little Mexican restaurant near the Immaculate Conception Church in South Omaha. We highly recommend anything on their menu!

The Papillion Taco Guy is a popular local food truck known for serving up authentic, flavorful street tacos with fresh ingredients and a range of delicious toppings.

Located in downtown Papillion, Grace's offers some very delicious pizzas and over-the-top milkshakes!
