The ceremony will start promptly at 2 pm. We ask guest arrive 20 minutes before so everyone can be seated on time.
12:45 PM – First shuttle departs from the front of Hotel Phillips to transport guests to St. Michael's. 3:00 PM – Shuttle departs from outside St. Michael's to transport guests back to Hotel Phillips. 5:15 PM – First shuttle departs from Hotel Phillips to transport guests to Loose Mansion. 5:30 PM – Second shuttle departs from Hotel Phillips to transport guests to Loose Mansion. 10:00 PM – First shuttle departs from Loose Mansion to transport guests back to Hotel Phillips. 10:30 PM – Second shuttle departs from Loose Mansion to transport guests back to Hotel Phillips. 11:00 PM – Third shuttle departs from Loose Mansion to transport guests back to Hotel Phillips.

The reception dress code is black tie optional. For women, floor-length dresses or gowns are encouraged, while men may opt for dark suits or tuxedos. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone looking their best!
We love your little ones and would be delighted to have them join us for the ceremony! For the reception, however, we’ve chosen to host an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a fun night out!
Both venues have plenty of parking available for those driving. If you plan to drink, we kindly encourage you to use Uber, Lyft, or another ride service to get home safely!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP.
