We are getting married!

It all began on February 10, 2023. Tyler was backpacking through Colombia and in a true Tye fashion, missed her flights home. That little travel mishap trapped her in Colombia for an extra two days, which meant she landed back in Phoenix on a Friday night… the same night the DJ Marshmello was playing. Her best friend Taylor called and said, “I know you’re back in Phoenix, I want you to come dance with me!” Tyler had no interest, but Taylor wouldn’t take no for an answer. Taylor called her friend Clayton telling him she wanted her friend to come out with them to which Clayton responded with "Ooh, your cute little blonde friend?" Taylor called Tyler back and said, “My friend Clayton said he’ll cover your ticket, your Ubers, and your drinks.” Tyler just happened to be wearing socks that read, “You’ll never regret a good time” she took it as a sign and agreed. That night, Tyler and Clayton danced for the first time and that was all it took, they were hooked. The next day, Clayton messaged Tyler and the spark only grew from there. Only one week later Clayton asked Tyler to move in. She said “no, but you can take me on a date.” Three weeks after that they had their first official date, Clayton again asked Tyler to move in. Another no. But the third time? Tyler said, “I’ll think about it. I’ll send out my resume in Phoenix and we’ll see what happens.” While vacationing together in Hawaii just a week later, Tyler got the call she landed the job. She turned to Clayton and said, “If you’re serious about this… I’ve got the job.” His answer? “Hell yeah!!” 6 weeks of knowing each other Tyler was quitting her career of 10 years, packing up her house, preparing to rent out the home she owned to move into an apartment 3 ½ hours away, all to start a new chapter. It was bold, they were spontaneous and it was exactly right. When you know, you know. And the rest, as they say, is history. Now they can’t wait to dance through life together with all of you by their side on the best day ever!
