And our adventure begins...

We met in January 2020 and quickly became best friends. We also made it through the COVID 19 pandemic together, which made us even stronger as a couple! We learned quickly that we both shared a love of travel, the outdoors, and all animals. We wanted the same things in life - a home in the country with a family of our own! We kept each other laughing and smiling even in the toughest of times. We helped each other through all the ups and downs over the past couple of years. Side note: We also realized that we both share the love of dogs especially, and by the time we are in our eighties we will probably be owning every dog we ever find in North Georgia. We thank God everyday for his timing of having us find one another! We are so excited to be starting our next adventure in life as husband and wife!

Matt and Anna had their first date at Zucca's Pizzeria in downtown Smyrna, Ga. They instantly hit it off. After dinner they went to Corner Taqueria for karaoke where Anna had no shame making a fool of herself singing karaoke in front of Matt... the rest is history!

Matt and Anna traveled to Gatlinburg, TN to celebrate Anna's birthday. It was during this trip that Matt got down on one knee and asked Anna to marry him! Without hesitation, Anna said yes! Fun Fact: The day of Matt and Anna's engagement was spent at Parrot Mountain in Pigeon Forge, TN where they got to talk to and hold a variety of exotic birds, it makes for a very fun story to share!
