It is whale watching season in Cabo! The best time to see whales in Cabo is January to March. This is when there are the most whales and the greatest activity. Varying species of whales will migrate from the cold waters of the north around Alaska down to the warmer waters of Cabo. Late January through February and into March is when female whales start calving, so you will have a greater chance of seeing baby whales.

Snorkel with whale sharks in La Paz, which is about a 2 hour drive from Cabo. Cabo Expeditions, Baja Charters, and Cabo Adventures are a few companies who offer this.
