Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa

This is where the welcome party, wedding, and all other events will occur. The link below will take you to the hotel booking page where you can book a room in our discounted room block! All rooms are going to be as close together as possible and have amazing water views. There is a 3-night minimum stay to get the discount; however, if you want to stay longer the discount is available from October 20th- October 29. We know the rooms are not cheap, but we did visit in April and I do not think anyone will be disappointed, it is a beautiful hotel. There is plenty to do and please do not feel like you need to stick to our schedule on days other than the wedding day. Flight

L.F. Wade International Airport (BDA)

First off, we know everyone will be traveling to our destination, so thank you we cannot wait to spend the weekend away with you! The airport is about 40 minutes from the hotel, but transportation is easy and we will have pre-arranged shuttles on the days large groups are coming in. The flight to Bermuda is quick and around 2 hours each way, but Bermuda does require a valid passport to enter so please make sure yours is up to date! If you are traveling from Philly, there is one nonstop flight from Philly to Bermuda per day on American Airlines, but other airlines do fly there with layovers. Also, if you are not traveling from Philly there should be plenty of other options for you. Since we are now within the year time frame, all flights are now available. For those traveling from Philly on Thursday, October 23rd, and coming home on Monday, October 27th. There is one nonstop flight leaving from Philly Thursday at 8:15 AM, the other flights available do require a layover, and the same with the way home. There is one nonstop flight on Monday at 3:40 PM back to Philly. We inquired about group flight prices, but they were not any cheaper than getting the flights on your own. We recommend tracking the flight prices and buying when the time is right for you. If you have any issues or questions please let us know.

Travel Note

Notes about traveling to Bermuda

Bermuda is not a US territory and you will need a valid passport to enter, so please make sure yours is up to date. The Bermudan dollar is interchangeable with the US dollar, therefore you will not need to do any currency exchange before travel and can use cash in Bermuda if you please. Lastly, as it is an international destination please make sure to update your phone plan as needed for travel to avoid additional charges for international calling and data.
