Will the shuttle go to both hotels ?

Yes, the shuttle will be stopping at both hotels on the way to and from the venue.

Can i park overnight at the venue ?

Answer

Yes, you may park overnight at the venue but gates don’t open until 8am and you have to pick up before 12pm

What time does the shuttle leave the hotel?

Answer

Shuttle will be leaving at 4:30 from Courtyard Cromwell Marriott and then arriving at SpringSuites hotel shortly after. There is no shuttle after 4:30 so you will have to drive to venue if shuttle is missed, parking is limited.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes, all are welcome to the after party at Courtyard Hartford Cromwell Marriott but transportation home or to another hotel is not provided after the party ends. Food will be provided but drinks are Cash Bar.
